The quality of the product is very bad. The black paint wears off even without using it atleast for 1 time. Also, the making of product doesn't look like the smoke will go down as given in the description. Also, The dhoopstick holder is tilted because of this the dhoopstick will fall of and will not stay in place. Truly waste of money and time.

Returns Policy
